Returns

• Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or marked as Final Sale.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
• Please contact us before sending any item back for exchange.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
