Shipping Across Europe

All European Destinations

Orders received before 10am will be shipped same day via our Germany Logistics Hub in Kempen, which services all of Europe with Free Shipping. (Excluding weekends) 

Orders received after 11am will be shipped the next day. 

There are no extra charges after order has been placed for shipping anywhere in Europe.

Delivery is via DHL or DPD service, therefore most orders will be received within 3- 5 days days after shipping depending on the receivers country. 

Depending on the courier, some orders require a signature on delivery. If your address is unattended, a delivery card may be left with instructions to re-organise a redelivery. Should this occur, please make the arrangements directly with the courier company, ensuring someone will be available to sign for delivery.

Alternatively, we can instruct the courier to leave your order at your door on request. Please leave comments in the instructions tab when you place your order to complete your request.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched same day or next day depending on the cut off times. We will notify you via email when your order ships and provide you with a tracking number.

Notification

You will receive your consignment number which is your tracking number via email once the order is fulfilled.
